Our pups come with a two-year contract.  They will be current with all shots for their age and are given a medical health certificate and administered any medical needs by my veterinarian. All pups are sold on a limited registration (not for breeding) and are registered with the AKC (purebred).

The pups are raised in my home with tender loving care, not in a barn or housing outside. I have designed and built them a nursery that has all the comforts from my home. When they are old enough they start going potty outside and have activities and exercise time throughout the day. The puppies are very well socialized and have had many experiences of the daily household activities in the home.  All pups stay together in a junior box which has a place to eliminate. They are always kept on dry bedding and clean linens. When visiting the pups you and I will ask lots of question to each other to make sure the pup is right for you.

Contract should be signed, date of pick up for pup is listed, a crate to go home in is a must, and you need to have a fenced in yard or a receipt of some kind of hidden fence for puppy security and safety. You will be given a list of books to read, things to buy, and info on basic care of the pup. A 50% deposit is required to attain a pup (no refund). After the purchase of the puppy if it is impossible for you to keep him/her for some reason, 50% of the full amount is returned when puppy is brought back to me. The dog you have bought from me will be returned to me for the rest of its life. That is my promise I keep to the pups I brought into the world. It is my responsibility as a breeder.

I am registered with the New Jersey dog federation and I belonged to both New Jersey Specialty Labrador Retriever Clubs. I have competed in Obedience, AKC Hunt Tests and Breed Shows.  My main interest is breeding Labradors for exhibit and for the love of the breed. Enjoy!
